Turbo kits are intended for use on cars without Air conditioning. Removing the A/C is needed to fit the intercooler.
This is the newest turbo kit from Kamotors Performance. The Canyon Crusher V3 turbo kit features the same large t4 turbo as v2; That will achieve up to 10psi in first gear with 3.73 rear diff; and will reach positive pressure in 3rd gear at 3100rpms. But V3's Real changes come from the simplified charge pipes, You get half the piping length, with smoother bends and transitions. This reduces weight, increases response time and allows the kit to install with ease.
This kit still uses the massive intercooler but now its mounted up higher allowing for the use of oil coolers as well. V3 uses same size Intercooler core however, uses 2.5" charge pipes on both the intake and exhaust side to clear the headlight buckets easier. Previous version 2 only used 2.5" on the exhaust side. Going to 2.5" intake side allowed charge pipe length to be shortened by another 2-3" as it now has better clearance near the ABS module as well.
An excellent turbo setup for High speed events where RPM's are easily kept above 2500.
*T3/t4 turbo Manifold-clears factory oil cooler lines and A/C at the block, But my charge piping will not fit with Air conditioning.( we can sell a kit with universal charge piping for those who want to try to keep A/C)

This kit is designed to work on 100% original bottom end and has been dyno tested to boost levels upto 17psi. I have done street testing over 20psi but am not comfortalbe running that much power on a stock motor. Make sure you vent crankcase to atmosphere or pre turbo.Factory Valve cover vent hose must be disconnected from the throttle body to avoid pressuring the crankcase.
A brand new factory clutch held around 9-10psi, I personally run a clutchmasters fx400 and it holds 17psi without issue.
This kit has also been fully dyno tested at various boost levels!
All testing was done on a Mustang dyno, with only minor fueling changes from the base tune I supply with my kit.

- 396whp at 16psi
- 401whp and 370trq at 17psi.

Well decided not to time lapse the rest of the process as it was a lot of me redesigning, cutting, drawing and sitting there thinking vs. actual work. But I did film the end results of some hard work. I completely redesigned the turbo kit for less weight, greater efficiency, better fit, and for a greater ease of install.
